I’m giving this two stars, mainly for the professionalism of the other staff (receptionist and patient advocate). However, my experience with the nurse at this place was uncomfortable and I felt she made inappropriate comments during our interaction. I could write many paragraphs of the things she said. But one of the things that really stood out to me, was when she inappropriately made a “joke” saying, “well, I hope you’ll have enough resources and money for IVF!”… as if she was not only just assuming me and my family’s financial situation, but also inferring that I will struggle with pregnancy. I understand that pregnancy and fertility is different for every woman. I also understand treatments like IVF is expensive, and tolling physically/mentally/emotionally. The biggest issue was that she made biased assumptions, tried to influence/manipulate my mindset, and posed it as “education”. And then she really topped it off with that shitty and insensitive joke. Sorry for my language, but I cannot imagine how worse that would’ve felt hearing that, had I been in a different situation. I simply came here for an ultrasound, not to be put down!

they helped me with confirming my pregnancy. gave me some good resources. when i had a question i just called up there and they gave me an answer and then called me later that day to make sure everything was okay when i had a small problem. 10/10 would recommend

I am so thankful for the Keim Center and the incredible support they provided throughout my pregnancy, and postpartum journey. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. They took the time to answer my questions, provide helpful education, and offer encouragement during a time that can feel overwhelming. Their kindness and compassion made such a difference in my experience as a mom. The postpartum support and baby essentials they provided were such a blessing for my family. It’s clear that they genuinely care about mothers and want to see families succeed. I highly recommend the Keim Center to any expecting or new mom looking for support, guidance, and a caring environment. Thank you for everything you do for our community! 💛

Genuine ,caring, and very helpful amazing service!! Definitely recommend if you needing help with making a decision if you are a first time parent or unsure of your benefits and they offer free ultrasound!!!❤️

I had a remarkable experience today. As a new mom, it feels great to find an organization that provides thorough education and knowledge regarding parenthood in general. The services and programs they offered, are made to bring peace of mind to any new parents. Roz and nurse Paige were so sweet and passionate during my appointment. I would highly recommend any new parents that would benefit from extra education to call today!

I had a wonderful experience at the Keim Center. All the nurses, staff, and patient advocates were warm and amazing. I also appreciated the Bible verse journal that Rebekah gifted to me, along with her heartfelt wishes for good luck with my job application. I am grateful that there is an organization like this that provides pregnancy confirmation services at no cost.
